The latest bike I had was another Guzzi, it seemed the logical choice after my other Guzzi was stolen. I decided from the outset to get another Le Mans to replace the one that had been stolen and began my search on the web, finally locating one in Sydney in 2002. I purchased the bike from a dealer for $6.500, then rode the bike home (central west NSW).
I rode the bike for about three months before I took it off the road to do a bit of fine tuning. I had the front suspension replaced and I de-linked the brakes to the more conventional set-up, and I did a few small mods to make the bike easier to live with. The changes worked well, with the bike handling and braking a lot better. If you like the guzzis then have a look at MotoGuzzi motorcycles made since 1970It was a treat to ride, but due to changed circumstances I had to sell the bike in 2004, so now I do not have a bike ,but I will again one day
